Please kindly supply details of road markings around Dalston Kingsland Railway Station and explain any changes that have been made within the last 5 years. In responding please explain the changes that were made by description (ie what roadmarkings or signs were added or removed), the dates of the decisions and implementation, the reasons for those changes and supply any supporting documentation containing any recommendations or photographs.

Thank you for your request received on 29 August 2017 asking for information about changes to the road markings on Kingsland High Street.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

Changes were made to the road markings as part of an improvement scheme. The carriageway was resurfaced and the new road markings installed circa May 2012. Please see the attached detailed design drawings as well as the proposal put forward by London Borough of Hackney and our engagement report.
