Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked: As bus operators were asked to run weekend services during the week.  Can you please clarify if bus operators received mileage paid at weekend rate or weekday rate for weekend schedules during the week.

Bus operators were paid the full contract value during the period when weekend capacity services were operated during the week. Operators then reimbursed TfL for their variable costs they did not incur from the slightly reduced scheduled mileage. This reimbursement covered the costs of staff and fuel.
