Following on from the recent Internal Review response from my colleague, Emma Flint, I have been asked to address the highlighted line in the email below as a new Freedom of Information Request.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Please can I be sent the same information that was presented to IDAG on the 20th of January, a record of the discussion that followed and any other relevant recorded information”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
No such material was “presented” to IDAG at the meeting of 20th January 2022. The only information that we hold in relation to your request are the minutes from that meeting. A copy of the relevant section from those minutes is attached.
