You asked
Dear Transport for London and London Transport Museum
I have seen a photo of the Wrightbus Electroliner LV24EWS (Transport UK 3080) on social media with a new rebranded London Transport Museum wrap on it.
Can you publish the drawings of the LT Museum wrap that is used for your bus fleet?
How much did the LT Museum rebrand, such as a new logo, cost?
How much did it cost LT Museum to purchase and apply LT Museum rebrand wraps to the bus fleet?

Our ref: FOI-1238-2425/GH
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 July 2024 asking for information about the rebranded London Transport Museum bus wrap.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Can you publish the drawings of the LT Museum wrap that is used for your bus fleet? Please see attached. This wrap was for one bus, not the fleet. How much did the LT Museum rebrand, such as a new logo, cost? The new roundel logo was designed and developed internally, so no there were no specific costs for this. However, there were fees for audience research and trademarking (c £33K). How much did it cost LT Museum to purchase and apply LT Museum rebrand wraps to the bus fleet? The bus wrap was designed internally by LTM so there were no external design fees.
There were costs for the production & installation of the vinyl however we are not obliged to provide you with these costs as this is subject to a statutory exemption to the right of access to information under section 43(2). In this instance the section 43(2) exemption has been applied as disclosure would, or be likely to prejudice our commercial interests, as well as those of Global, who are the current TfL outdoor advertising contract. Disclosure of the price TfL currently pays could hinder the ability of Global to competitively tender for similar contracts in the future as well as hinder TfL’s ability to negotiate the best value for money for similar services in the future.
The use of this exemption is subject to an assessment of the public interest in relation to the disclosure of the information concerned. We recognise the need for openness and transparency by public authorities, particularly where the expenditure of public money is concerned, but in this instance the public interest in ensuring that we are able to obtain the best value for public money outweighs the general public interest in increasing transparency of our processes.
Please let me know if this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
