Thank you for your request of 10th September 2021 asking for information about TfL’s use of SAP process integration.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Specifically you asked:

“Do you use SAP Process Integration as middleware solution? If yes then which version are you using, if not then which integration tool are you using?”

I can confirm that TfL does use SAP process integration, version 7.5. Please note further that we have enabled SAP CPI (Cloud based Integration) recently. All new interfaces will be developed on SAP CPI and the SAP PI 7.5 will continue supporting the legacy interfaces and TfL On-Prem interfaces.
