Our ref: FOI-1229-2425/GH Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 25 July 2024 asking for information about employees at TfL’s Endeavour Square office. Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
How many employees work currently at 5ES? With hybrid working, it is not possible to answer this question as people move around and work from different locations, however as per accommodation metrics P03-2024-25 there are 2644 TfL occupied workstations. That is the amount of work stations TfL employees can occupy.
How many employees on average worked at the Stratford office during 2022 From Sep – Dec average was 454
How many employees on average worked at the Stratford office during 2023 From Jan – Dec average was 451
Please note:
Data is for TfL staff only with an employee number, this do not include service providers, visitors or tenants.
Peak days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, there is a significant drop in footfall on other days.
Average calculation is based on daily unique TfL users of the main gateline at Endeavour Square.
One entry per employee throughout the day.
