Hello, I wish to make the following request for Information under the Freedom of Information Act.
On the 1st September 2014 Transport for London representatives were requested to attend a meeting on that date and in the company of other representatives of trade bodies or organisations also at the request of the Department for Transport, Alan Bates from Monckton Chambers gave a presentation and the subject matter was an overview of European and Domestic Legislation covering such matters as State Aid and the Transport Regulations.

Our ref: FOI-1227-1718/GH
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 August 2017 asking for information about a meeting which took place in September 2014.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we have been unable to locate the information you require. We have contacted the areas of Transport for London which may have sent a representative or known about this meeting, but have been unable to find anyone who has any knowledge of this. In order to search for ‘letters, diary notes, emails’ relating to this meeting, we would firstly need to establish who attended, and this is something we can find no record of.
From the information available to us, we can only conclude that the information you have requested is not held.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
