Our ref: FOI-1222-2122/GH
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 August 2021 asking for information relating to Congestion Charging.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
For a period of three nights from Sunday 11 April 2021, eastbound lanes on New Kent Road were closed between 9pm and 6am to allow for resurfacing works. Drivers who followed the bespoke signage placed along the diversion route would not be issued a PCN. Long Lane was not on the signed diversion route. Our cameras may capture a vehicle multiple times on its journey through the zone, however we only retain the images from one camera site for the purposes of issuing a PCN. There were 24 Congestion Charge PCNs issued between 11 April and 13 April 2021 using images captured by the cameras on Long Lane between the hours of 9-10pm.
A separate response from Capita will be sent to you in response to the other points you have raised.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
