Follow-on from FOI-0975-2223:
The report doesn’t detail the following points:
• Report from your guy’s initial assessment when they took the photos.
• Conversation between LFB and your guys.
• Report from when your guys returned that evening and spoke to one of the residences.
• Why was there only one area of grass/ wires damaged to the rear of 34 Basedale Road? (if it was as your summary states garden to grass then surely more of the wires would be damaged and not one specific area, as the grass was dry and would have spread like the fire in the gardens.
Please send me copies of the actual reports ( not glossy cover up summary) – the initial one when your guys took the photos and assessed the area/ wires and spoke to LFB before reopening the line , and then the one when you guys returned that evening and assessed the area.,

Thank you for your request received on 17 August 2022 asking for further information regarding the fire on 18 July between Upney Station and Becontree Station.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.
Please find attached the Emergency Response Unit (ERU) report. The Network Incident Response Manager also attended the site but they have not created any additional reports.
If you have further specific questions regarding the incident we may be able to provide information. However, please note that although your request can take the form of a question, rather than a request for specific documents, under the FOI Act TfL does not have to answer your question if it would require the creation of new information or the provision of a judgement, explanation, advice or opinion that was not already recorded at the time of your request.
