A system analysis (or something to that description) was undertaken by Deliotte on the Uber system to determine if the driver or Uber accepted the booking.
Could you please supply the cost of both of these analysis taken by Deliotte to determine if the Uber system was indeed within compliance.
I believe these actions were taken between 2016 and 2020.

Our ref: FOI-1215-2324/GH Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14 July 2023 asking for information about the cost of Deliotte reports. Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require. You asked: A system analysis (or something to that description) was undertaken by Deliotte on the Uber system to determine if the driver or Uber accepted the booking. Could you please supply the cost of both of these analysis taken by Deliotte to determine if the Uber system was indeed within compliance. I believe these actions were taken between 2016 and 2020. We do not hold an itemised cost breakdown of the specific items produced by Deloitte for the Licensing and Regulation team during the period specified. However, we have located invoices that show the total expenditure for the Licensing and Regulation team for work conducted by Deliotte during the period 2017 – 2019 was £79,571. Because there is no itemised cost breakdown, it is not possible to attribute a specific cost to a specific piece of work or report. Please note that we did not pay any Deloitte invoices in the years 2016 and 2020. If this is not the information you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact me.
