I can see that you publish weekly this information via PowerBI but as an analyst, I will require a csv format to be able to analyze the information in footfall trends

Amendment received 22/07/2023: Thank you for the update! I wanted to mention in a previous request FOI-3381-2223 that the list of stations wasn't the full list. It was missing all the stations below. I would like to ask if it's possible, would you be able to provide for all stations and any forms of transport managed by your entity? Any KPI that reflects people using the station (total taps, entry/exist, etc)

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15th July 2023 asking for London Underground entry and exit data. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which is provided in the attached folders (note that you may need to expand the width of some columns to read the data in full). Data is provided from 1st January 2019 to 23rd July 2023. The data shows instances of passengers touching in and out at the named station, as well as the use of paper tickets at stations where TfL collects such information. As some stations may be ungated (such as DLR and Tram stations - with Tram stops being touch-in only) this means that the data is likely to be an under-representation of the true demand at those stations (for example, passengers using a paper ticket would have no need to touch in or out at an ungated station). Note that the source of this data is different to that used for the PowerBI tool that you cite. The PowerBI equivalent was Oyster and Contactless use only, from taps at the readers at the gates in ticket halls. TfL is no longer updating the PowerBI report, which was specifically introduced for insight on London Underground use during the pandemic. Note that all counts under 5 (be they entry or exit) are excluded from the data under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, the exemption that protects against the unfair release of personal data.
