FOI request detail

Individuals using the London Underground

Request ID: FOI-1201-1718
Date published: 09 November 2017

You asked

Dear TfL. Is it possible to give me (roughly?) an indication of the number of individuals who use the London Underground network each year? Not passenger journeys, but individual people who take at least one journey a year on the London Underground. It doesn't need to be exact, but a rough indication would be good. Thanks.

We do not hold the information you requested as we do not have a measure for the number of individual customers who used the London Underground in a single year.
