CCTV Request from Number 49 Bus approximately 18.35.

You asked
Our policyholder was involved in an accident with a third party, he was on a motorcycle and sped away, we did not get his registration. Your Bus driver advised that his bus camera would have caught the incident on CCTV. The accident happened on Bolingbrook Grove. We write to request a copy of the CCTV from this bus around this time.

Thank you for your query  received on 18 August 2017 asking for CCTV footage from a bus serving route 49.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and TfL’s information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. London's bus services are operated by individual bus companies on behalf of TfL. Any CCTV on London buses is the responsibility of the company that runs that particular service or route. If you require access to images of yourself recorded by a CCTV camera inside a bus you should contact the company who operates that particular bus route. You can find this information on signs displayed inside each vehicle or on our Who runs your bus page.
