This site is a Siemens ST800 Controller running UTC and iBus.

1. Database Schema(s) and/or Entity Relationship Diagram(s) for the database(s) that contain details on types, locations, timings, sequences, etc for traffic signals and traffic signal controllers managed by TfL, including both UTC/SCOOT and those that operate outside central control.

    

   The controller is running configuration 66036 9.0 Checksum 9E BB 74 1E (attached). The site is on our UTC Cell EAST, Region 0716.

2. Details of the hardware and software used to run the database(s):

Instation our Scoot system runs on Digital VMS Operating System, HP OpenVMS Industry Standard 64 Operating System, Version V8.4
The Siemens ST800 Controller on street is running Siemens Firmware PB800 ISS 26

3) Technical details on any interfaces between this/these database(s) and systems managed by 3rd parties (eg data suppliers or external service providers).

Our VMS based UTC computer communicates with our traffic controller using UG405 UTMC. It is an SNMP IP based communication system, with the network path to site manged by Fujitsu and Interoute.

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) some personal data has been withheld, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the DPA, specifically the first principle of the DPA which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions of Schedule 2 of the Data Protection Act which would make the processing ‘fair’.
