Thank you for your request received by us on 22 September 2020 asking for information about roads in the Victoria Station area that are part of the main road network.

a list of roads in the Victoria Station area that are part of the road network.

Also I seek clarification from you regarding the Gatwick Express Taxi rank and whether this is a public place? Or in fact part of the road network?

Please see the attached map highlighting the roads which are part of the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN) in this vicinity.

The official Gatwick Express website details the locations of the taxi ranks in the ‘Other transport’ section featured on the dropdown menu below: ‘Taxi ranks are available outside at the front of the station (Terminus Place) and from the upper level (Victoria Place)’: https://www.gatwickexpress.com/travel-information/plan-your-journey/station-information/stations/london-victoria.

As can be seen in the attached PDF of the TLRN, both Terminus Place and Victoria Place are not part of the Transport for London Road Network.
