I would be grateful if you would disclose a copy of the Equality and Diversity plan submitted by ABM UK as part of its bid for the TfL cleaning contract, together with documents relating to the tracking and monitoring of delivery on the plan under ABM's contract. Please note that we have not carried out a particular audit on this area, however we have carried out audits on Right to Work and Strategic Labour Needs and Training (SLNT).

There is no obligation under the contract to carry out a specific audit – we do however look at this as part of the wider obligations under SLNT which includes inclusion and diversity.
