Thank you for your request received on 14 July 2023 asking for information about plans that TfL has for any developments for 15 minute cities, the Ultra Low Emission Zone ULEZ), or Net Zero.

As stated in the Environment Plan, the UK must make significant reductions in its carbon emissions if it is to meet its legally binding goal of reaching net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. In London, the Mayor has set an ambitious goal for the Capital to become carbon neutral by 2030.
