ULEZ Data protection impact assessment clarification

Draft may2022 data protection impact assessment, stated number of cameras in each of the proposed ULEZ zones.
The final Nov2022 DPIA, also stated number of cameras in each of the zones.
However, both these contained caveats that these are "subject an existing camera refresh programme"
From May2022, six months later in November, I would have expected any upgrade program to have been completed.
Please provide details of when this program was completed or will be finished.

Thank you for your request received on 16 July 2023 asking for information about Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) cameras.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. I can confirm that the camera refresh programme is now complete. This work was completed on 6 October 2022.
