Coordinate data for vehicle travel zones within London

You asked
Please provide the co-ordinates (using latitude and longitude) of the boundary of the following zones:
Congestion Charge zone;
Ultra Low Emission zone;
Low Emission zone;
DVS zone (if this differs from any of the above zones)
Ideally the data should be provided as a KML (Keyhole markup language) file or GeoJSON.
Other formats would be acceptable if those two are not available and failing that, a simple list delimiting the boundary zone would be sufficient.
