Our ref: FOI-1168-2223/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 August 2022 asking for information about PCNs in the Rotherhithe tunnel.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.

We do not distinguish between private and commercial vehicles when issuing PCNs and therefore we don’t hold the information for your first question.

There have been 3 PCNs issued to Range Rover sports and none to Mercedes ML’s.
