Dear TfL,
In your most recent Investment Programme Report for Quarter 1 2021/22, the following notes are made (on page 22)

"We continue to work with several stakeholders on an affordability study of HS2 in the Euston area. These stakeholders include HS2 Limited, Network Rail, the London Borough of Camden and Lendlease, under the umbrella of the newly formed Euston Partnership. HS2 Limited has presented a high-level proposal, with a detailed programme expected in July."
I have made an EIR/FOI request from HS2 for this 'high-level proposal'
as well as the 'detailed programme'. Unfortunately, HS2 Ltd have not been able to identify this document/proposal. I was wondering therefore if you could provide as much information as you can regarding this 'high-level proposal' and 'detailed programme' which was purportedly presented. This will aid HS2 in identifying any relevant documents.

The draft proposals and high level schedule were presented at the Euston Partnership Board on 8 April 2021 by High Speed Two (HS2) Limited.
