You asked
The Bunga Bunga (BB) bar and restaurant is situated at 37 Battersea Bridge Road and its frontage is a TfL managed red route. Questions as follows: 1. Has TfL granted permission for BB to seal off areas of the public pavement to manage the access of their customers to the premises or for use by their customers as a designated smoking area? See Pic 1 attached. 2. Has TfL granted permission for BB to block a large section of the public pavement with an advertising 'A' board? See Pic 2 attached. 3. Has TfL granted permission for BB to install drinks tables to their premises which overfly the public pavement? See Pic 3 attached. 4. If the answer to any of these questions is no, please confirm what action TfL will be taking to ensure that BB do not continue to obstruct the public pavement. 5. Please also provide a direct contact name, email and telephone number for the relevant enforcement team at TfL.

Thank you for your request received on 11 August 2017 asking for information about the pavement outside Bunga Bunga restaurant.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we have not given any permissions at this location. We have contacted the London Borough of Wandsworth, who grant the licences for these issues, as well as notifying our enforcement officers to ensure that these are removed.
