I would like to have information about the employees satisfaction at tfl for the last 3 years. I need the detailed report that show the areas in which the satisfaction of the employees is high and where it is low. Mainly I would like to know the results of employee satisfaction with their managements, employees loyalty, employees satisfaction of the work culture, employees satisfaction of the rewards system, employees satisfaction of the communication between the management and all employees in the organization and satisfaction of the environment of offices.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:

I would like to have information about the employees satisfaction at tfl for the last 3 years. I need the detailed report that show the areas in which the satisfaction of the employees is high and where it is low. Mainly I would like to know the results of employee satisfaction with their managements, employees loyalty, employees satisfaction of the work culture, employees satisfaction of the rewards system, employees satisfaction of the communication between the management and all employees in the organization and satisfaction of the environment of offices.

TfL frequently asks their employees how their experience of working at TfL can be improved and this is measured through an annual Viewpoint people survey. The Viewpoint results for the past three years are attached. Please note a summary of the results has also been presented to the TfL Board in recent years, in a paper which is published at https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/board-papers/board-papers-past-years - see item 8 in the pack of Board papers for its meetings in January 2020 and January 2019.

During the past three years ,TfL has gone through a number of modernisation changes to help deliver efficiencies across the organisation. These surveys were also used to understand how staff felt during this process.
