Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

84 (3 no shows).
 
  1. The Competencies for the AC2 assessment and how it is determined if someone meets the benchmark? (i.e overall score required / minimum score per competency)

HR services are told by the relevant business area what the benchmark needs to be set at (benchmark - 3 or above in all competencies / behaviours).
 
  1. How many positions are looking to be recruited for?

We do not hold this information.
 
  1. How soon are candidates informed of the outcome of their assessment for AC2?

We made candidates aware that the outcomes of the Assessment Centres would not be available until all candidates have attended the assessment event and would not likely be before May / June 2021.

Final assessment was held on the 21 July. We were given the go ahead to communicate the outcomes from this assessment on the 28 July.
