Please can you disclose:
1) The amount of money so far invested by Transport for London in the new 4G Emergency Services Network, set to arrive in 2019/20.
2) The amount of money invested by partner firm EE
3) If available, the amount of money invested by outside government and council bodies such as, for instance, Westminster Council or the City of London Corp.

Thank you for your request received on 10 August 2017 asking for information about investment in the 4G Emergency Services Network (ESN).
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
TfL has not invested any money in the ESN to date and does not expect to do so in the future. The national ESN programme is being funded by the Home Office, including any work required to implement this service on the London Underground.
