PCNs issued for cycle lane contraventions

Follow up from 1008-2425 I should be most grateful if you could indicate how many of the 71 PCNs were issued under each of the following contravention codes: (a) Code 36 - Being in a mandatory cycle lane; and (b) Code 49 - Parked wholly or partly on a cycle track or lane.

Thank you for your follow up request which we received on 5 July 2024, asking for information about cycle lane contravention codes.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. 

 

The PCNs were all issued for the first reason - Code 36 - Being in a mandatory cycle lane.
