Thank you for your clarified request received on 24 September 2020 asking for information about alcohol related incidents on buses.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm we do not hold the information you requested. You asked:

I am trying to establish if you record the number of alcohol related incidents on you bus network on a yearly basis and the number of times the police are called for assistance each year between 2016-2019.

We do not record whether specific emergency services were called for alcohol related incidents on buses. We only record whether any emergency services were requested and this would include requests made to London Ambulance Service and to London Fire Brigade, so we would not be able to filter out requests only to police services.
