Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8^th July 2019 asking for the Equality Impact Assessment for the Taxi Card Scheme.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Two Equality Impact Assessments were carried out by London Councils, copies of which are attached. The first of these was carried out before London Councils carried out its 2017 procurement exercise. The second followed a consultation with its members (a copy of the consultation summary report is also attached).
