Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:

a copy of the class 345 announcements.

A CD of the TfL Rail announcements is on its way to you.

Also could I please request a copy of the passenger information system (pis) codes used to activate the announcements for London overground services which are operated by the class 172, 315, 317, 321 and 378 units

Please find attached copies of our current London Overground PIS codes used on the following type of trains:

• 172 rolling stock.

• 315 and 317 rolling stock; for trains on our West Anglia routes.

• 378 rolling stock.

• PIS codes for 315 rolling stock on the Upminster to Romford route:
315s - Upminster to Emerson Park Route.
1100 - Romford to Upminster, via Emerson Park.
1150 - Upminster to Romford via Emerson Park.

I can advise that Class 321s are not part of Transport for London’s rolling stock fleet because they are operated by the Abellio Greater Anglia rail company. If you would like to contact them directly, please see their website at:
