I wanted to know before the 29th of January when was the last time the Cambridge Heath underpass section of the a406 was checked for road damage ie Pot holes ditches etc and when any repair work was carried out.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as we are unable to locate a Cambridge Heath Underpass. If you could provide further details, or a map showing the location of the underpass, we can investigate this further.
