Information relating to the frequency, punctuality and reliability of Piccadilly line services, in particular west of Acton Town.

You asked
I have noticed a rapid deterioration in service reliability on the Piccadilly line in recent months. The problems seem especially acute on the two branch lines west of Acton Town, to Heathrow and Uxbridge, where problems anywhere on the line, including well to the eastern end of the line, seem to cause knock-on delays for several hours at the western end of the line. The inability of LUL line controllers to manage the junction at Acton Town efficiently seems a significant causal factor here, witbh train jams regularly building up in this area even during normal operating conditions. The increasing prevalance of terminations, sometimes at very short notice, at Northfields also leads to extended journey times for time-critical travel to catch flights at Heathrow.
I would therefore like to request the publication of all available information you have relating to the frequency, punctuality and reliability of Piccaddilly line services west of Acton Town. Please supply information relating to the latest time period where data is available and compare this to equivalent data from two and five years ago.
I am happy to take this information in whatever form it is available.
I recall that until a few years ago summary statistics of this kind used to be posted regularly on satation platforms (why have you stopped doing this please?) so I assume you have extensive data relating to this request.
Specifically, if it is available, I would be interested in data on:
(i) Average intervals between trains on the Northfields to Heathrow Central section (both directions) during the period between the morning rush and 11pm on weekdays (ie the portion of the day where the scheduled interval between trains according to the timetable is five minutes);
(ii) Average length of journey from Heathrow Central to Acton Town (or Hammersmith / central London) (both directions) during the same time period as in (i) on weekdays;
(iii) Proportion of trains scheduled to run between Northfields and Heathrow Central (both directions) that do run during the same time period as in (i) on weekdays.
If this specific information isn't available I would request whatever data you do have relating to the reliability, pubnctuality and frequency of trains on the Piccadilly line west of Acton Town.
Many thanks.
