Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. You asked:

Requesting data held on vehicle counts (AADF - Annual Average Daily Flow). Requesting this for locations on the cycleway network where vehicle surveys have been conducted in the past 5 years. If possible, data provided as a CSV.

The Department for Transport (DfT) are the owners of the Annual Average Daily Flow (AADF) data. I would recommend you contact the DfT directly at [email protected] .
