Dear sir I have found out from London Borough of Sutton that TFL maintains the pavement in front of shops in North Cheam. I would like to request the information regarding the premises (pavement) in front of shop "essential site service" on London Road, North Cheam. Is the pavement been leased for any reason (parking) to the shop/s? Is TFL charging for parking on pavement in front of above mentioned shop/s? Regards

I have found out from London Borough of Sutton that TFL maintains the pavement in front of shops in North Cheam. –

In this case, TfL is the highway authority but there is an area of land (essential site services) in front of no. 583 which is privately owned. The extent of the ownership can be viewed in the title plan below.

I would like to request the information regarding the premises (pavement) in front of shop "essential site service" on London Road, North Cheam.

We do not hold any information regarding this area as it is privately owned land.

Is the pavement been leased for any reason (parking) to the shop/s?

TfL do not lease any pavements.

Is TFL charging for parking on pavement in front of above mentioned shop/s?

We are is not charging for parking outside the shops.
