Thank you for your request received by us on 11 July 2019 asking for information about the H37 bus service departing from the Hounslow Blenheim Centre.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:

H37 Bus Delays and Cancellation from Hounslow Blenheim Centre for June 2019. During morning peak hours buses do not come to this stop but gets terminated few stops before and start the journey to Richmond from another stop. I would like to know the departure time (as scheduled timetable), delay in departure/cancellation (if any) and if the bus started from another stop other than the Hounslow Blenheim Centre stop between 7:45am and 9.00am during the month on June 2019.

Please find attached the requested information for bus route H37 based on iBus data recorded during June 2019. The spreadsheets provide observed and missing actual times of each trip at every stop in both directions of this service.

Scheduled departure times from the first stops are available in Column E. These time are applicable to Hounslow Blenheim Centre in the Direction One spreadsheet towards Manor Road.

The actual times at Hounslow Blenheim Centre are available in Column One also in the Direction One attachment. Any missing times are provided with an explanation, for example ‘Lost due to traffic’.

The Summary spreadsheets list all trips by direction. For instance, at Hounslow Blenheim Centre there were 4551 scheduled trips in June 2019; 4363 trips (95.9%) started from the first stop in Direction One, whilst 188 did not. This includes 30 trips that did not run in full and 158 that started from one of the intermediate stops. 76 trips did not serve Hounslow Blenheim Centre and began their journeys after Hounslow Bus Station during the requested period.
