The lift you are asking about is on the National Rail concourse and is a Network Rail asset and is not within the London Underground station area. However, according to the station log book, the station staff were advised by Network Rail that the lift was out of service at 18.19 on 28 June 2023. The call was logged from station staff to the London Underground Control Centre (LUCC) at 18.21, the Social Media team was advised at 18.24 and Twitter was updated at 18:27.
Please see the attached screenshots showing the lift status updates and the timeframes as requested.
