We would like to advise that Transport for London publishes a step-free guide providing the step-free status of each London Underground, Overground, Tramlink and DLR station. The ‘R’ symbol indicates where access from platform to train is provided by a manual boarding ramp via: https://content.tfl.gov.uk/step-free-tube-guide-map.pdf
The entire Docklands Light Railway network also has level access along the whole length of each platform. Lewisham Station is one of the stations on the DLR network that has street-level to platform boarding access for DLR trains.
Additionally, the step-free guide lists the measurements of the gap between platform and DLR train, amongst other key notes for the accessibility status of each station.
Please see the following table for the requested information, which we have provided to the best of our ability but unfortunately there are some gaps in the data requested. This data was captured remotely and therefore it has not been possible to remotely verify every measurement since in some instances we would need to visit the station in person. These measurements were extracted from laserscan surveys. Whilst the survey content is accurate, the process for interrogating the data for the purposes of your request is a complex one in being able to suitably contextualise. Hence the figures provided are approximate rather than precise figures.
Please also note that the gradient measurements are given as a ratio (as opposed to an angle), which can apply to any unit of measurement. For example, 1:20 could be a one foot rise to 20ft length, or a one metre rise to 20m length and so on.
