Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 August 2021 asking for information about our contract with Marston holdings
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
We are not clear on precisely what information you are requesting when you ask for ‘especially the part where are you as a client is requesting payment to be made within 14 days’. The contract sets out payment must be made to TfL within 24 hours of collection. Please see page 32 of part 1 of the published contract in the link above for more information on this aspect.
In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
