Thank you for your request received on 10 July 2019 asking for information about reports on the delay to Crossrail.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

An independent review of certain commercial, financial and governance matters in relation to the Crossrail project was commissioned by Transport for London, acting for itself and on behalf of the Department for Transport in September 2018. The independent reviewer was also asked to confirm the factual accuracy of a chronology of events which is presented in Appendix 3 of the following:

The chronology also lists the corresponding reports/minutes in which these events were recorded. A large portion of these documents, including the Adverse Event Notice confirming that Crossrail would not open in December 2018 as planned, are already published on our website:
