Speed camera offences

You asked
Hello,
Can you tell me how many people have been 'flashed' by the speed camera on Lower Thames Street (in line with St Dunstans Hill) going east bound.
This area is permanently gridlocked now (even at 1am), due to the csh, poor light phasings and general mess made of the area.
I'm guessing that it's nobody, as the average speed is about 2 mph, but would like to see what figures you hold. It must be the most pointless camera in London!
