To whom it may concern, Pudding Mill Lane, and Plumstead, London (general), London, EC4A- C610 & C630 I am writing to request a project directory which includes a list of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants & telephone numbers involved in the C610 - systemwide main works and C630 - tunnelling mechanical and electrical systems. These two schemes have now merged. The contract C610 works are principally within the sub-surface tunnels and short sections of open route linking tunneled sections of Crossrail from Westbourne Park to Pudding Mill Lane and Plumstead. The works include the design and construction of standard track slab in tunnels and on open route, design and construction of ballast track in Westbourne Park turn back facility. construction of floating track slab in tunnels based upon an employer’s design, design and installation of overhead line equipment; tunnel ventilation system; cross passage doors; tunnel drainage pumping system; tunnel fire mains; tunnel lighting; low voltage distribution within tunnels, cross passages, and on open route; cable management systems (CMS) in tunnels, cross passages, and on open route for C610 scope and others; tunnel walkways together with associated CMS. Cable laying in tunnels and on open route for C610 scope and others,testing and commissioning of track, OHLE and M&E systems. Provision and management of railhead facilities including: storage of materials and equipment, and, unloading and loading of materials and equipment. Logistics services for systemwide contractors including the provision of works trains. Managing the dynamic testing and commissioning runs, and the trial runs. Maintenance and operation of temporary services in tunnels. Please may I request this due to the freedom of information act 2000.

Thank you for your 10 requests received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 September 2020 asking for project directories for various developments and upgrade works.

Your requests have been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. However, to provide the information you have requested would exceed the ‘appropriate limit’ of £450 set by the Freedom of Information (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.

Under section 12 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to comply with requests if we estimate that the cost of determining whether we hold the information, locating and retrieving it and extracting it from other information would exceed the appropriate limit. In this instance, we estimate that the time required to answer your request would exceed 18 hours which, at £25 per hour (the rate stipulated by the Regulations), exceeds the ‘appropriate limit’.

The information requested across all of your requests is very broad, and would require many different areas of TfL to spend a significant amount of time identifying, locating and compiling the requested information. To help bring the cost of responding to your requests within the £450 limit, you may wish to consider refining your requests to concentrate on matters which are of most importance to you.
