You asked

Based on Companies' House Data, in FY 2015, London Bus Subcontractors earned more than £135 million in profits running Bus Services contracted to TfL's London Bus Services Limited. During a House of Commons Transport Committee Debate on 14 March 2017 (found on 114 in https://publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201617/cmpublic/Bus%20Services/PBC_Bus%20Services%201-3rd%20sits%2016.3.17.pdf), Andrew Jones MP stated "I understand that TfL pays the subscription cost for CIRAS on behalf of its operators, and that is its choice." How much did TfL expend to cover its Bus Contractors' subscription costs to CIRAS for 2016 and, if applicable, for 2017?
