Please can you provide an itemised list of the amounts paid to Enfield Council during 2020, 2021 and 2022 in respect of the Fox Lane Quieter Neighbourhood scheme (N14/N13). A breakdown of how much was paid/refunded according to the type of expenditure (e.g. roadworks, signage, consultancy reports, etc) and the dates of the work and payment.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 July 2022 asking for a breakdown of monies paid to Enfield Council in respect of Fox Lane Quieter Neighbourhood scheme.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
LB Enfield were paid the following sums towards the Fox Lane scheme:
£160,000 via the Active Travel Fund for work carried out in 2020/21
£177,000 via the Local Improvement Programme (LIP) for work carried out in 2021/22
Funds are claimed in arrears for work carried out in a given financial year (April to March) – boroughs are usually given until the August after the close of the Financial Year to claim.
Boroughs do not itemise their funding requests and as such we are unable to provide the breakdown of expenditure by category as requested – you may wish to request this information from LB Enfield.
