please inform me, for the week ending 15 August 2021. How many private hire vehicles entered the congestion zone (average per day) during charge hours & how many taxis entered the congestion zone (average per day) during charge hours.
I realise private hire vehicles no longer have exemption and may not be readily identifiable. In that case can you provide me with taxi numbers only.
