I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked:

I would like to request the latest route records for routes 96, 99, 122, 173, 180, 250, 331, 341, 344, 346, 388, 401, 404, 405, 422, B14, E5, E7, N133, N250 and N277.

I would also like to request the latest bus route destinations for London bus routes.

In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.

All destinations of London buses can be found on our website https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/buses/.

Input a route number into this page on our website and you can get the destinations with of all the stops in between too.
