Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 5 July 2019 asking for information relating to a Penalty Charge Notice.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can advise that we do not hold the information you require.
Pursuant to: Data Subject Access Request 2018 and Freedom of Information Act 2000:
This notice formally requests in writing for the following information from TfL Ltd, ___JWB Group______ Ltd and ___________ Ltd:
1]. Copies of all personal data accessed and used by above mentioned corporations, for the period of JAN /2019 to the present date, including all written communications, video recordings, digital audio recordings, telephone calls. (Date of original penalty charge).
2]. Copy of the Deed of Assignment between TfL Ltd and/or JWB Group, where my person details are used; signed and witnessed.
3]. Copy of the Deed of Novation between TfL Ltd and/or JWB Group, where my person details are used; signed and witnessed.
4]. Copy of above-mentioned corporations’ Code of Conduct.
5]. Copy of above-mentioned corporations’ Procedure Rules in issuing wheel clamps.
6]. Copy of above-mentioned corporations’ Articles of Memorandum.
Question 1 is being handled separately as a Subject Access request.
We do not hold the information for questions 2 and 3 - we do not these documents.
Questions 4, 5 and 6 – This information is not held by TfL. You may wish to request this information from JBW.
