Could you provide me with a spreadsheet listing all the postcodes that fall within the Low Emission Zone as of 8 April 2019, to include a listing of all the postcodes that fall within the ULEZ once it is expanded in October.

Please find attached a spreadsheet showing the postcodes for the expanded ULEZ and for current CC/ULEZ zone.
