I would like to be provided with the most recent occasion/ day the London Underground had a Good Service on all lines for an entire day it ran a service.

We answered

Thank you for your request received by us on 8 July 2019 asking for information about the London Underground.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:

the most recent occasion/ day the London Underground had a Good Service on all lines for an entire day it ran a service

I can advise that the most recent occasion of a reported 100% Good Service on all London Underground lines was on Saturday 29 December 2018.
