I am instructed by BT PLC in respect of an RTA that occurred on 3/7/21 on Holloway Road outside Holloway and Islington station.
I would like to establish whether there were any temporary traffic lights in situ on Holloway Road just before Highbury and Islington station on 3/7/21. Can you please let me have a report of all works on Holloway Road on 3/7/21 and confirm the traffic movement type for Holloway Road.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
We can confirm there were no works taking place at the traffic signals at this location. Please find attached a spreadsheet showing the utility company works on Holloway Road on 3 July 2021.
