The London Borough of Croydon is the highway authority for Addiscombe Road and is responsible for signage and road markings along Addiscombe Road. Addiscombe Road between Park Hill Road and Chepstow Road is not a registered cycleway.

Transport for London and its operator, Tram Operations Limited, put the safety of tram and other road users, including cyclists, as their number one priority. TfL is working hard to eradicate death and serious injury on London’s roads and transport network by 2041 as part of its Vision Zero goal. We continue to work with the London Borough of Croydon to look at ways of enhancing cyclist safety on the shared road space within the borough which includes looking at improved signage and better cycle lanes where possible.

5.         I would like to know if there is CCTV coverage in Addiscombe Road, particularly in relation to Lebanon Road Tram Stop.

I can confirm that there is CCTV at this location. It is operated by our operator, Tram Operations Limited.
