Follow-up to FOI-0917-2021: Thank you for your response is it possible if you could confirm if some of the complaints were about schoolboys going from and back from burnt oak tube stations?

Thank you for your request of 7th September 2020 asking for information about bus complaints.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Further to case ref 0917-2021 you asked the following:

Could you confirm if some of the complaints were about schoolboys going from and back from burnt oak tube stations?

I can confirm that we hold the information you require. From the 94 complaints referenced in that earlier response, 6 mention schoolchildren. However, none of those 6 complaints specifically mention Burnt Oak London Underground station.

If this is not the information you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact me.
